The problem

Our approach
CareerScope combines three signals most tools keep separate: your résumé (what you’ve done), your personality assessment (how you work), and a swipe-first deck of curated roles (what deserves your attention). AI helps structure your profile today; AI-tailored cover letters are planned for Beta—always with you reviewing what you send.
Why personality matters
Two people can share the same skills and thrive in opposite environments. Matching only on keywords ignores pace, autonomy, collaboration style, and energy. Personality questions make recommendations feel less like spam and more like a shortlist you’d actually write yourself—if you had a research assistant.
